Melissa Ann Gorga (nee Marco) (born March 21, 1979) is an American television personality and singer. She is best known for starring in the reality television series The Real Housewives of New Jersey.

Early Life

Melissa was born in Toms River, New Jersey. She is of Sicilian descent.

Career

Gorga first appeared on the third season of Bravo's The Real Housewives of New Jersey in 2011. Her sister-in-law Teresa Giudice, had been a cast member since Season 1.

Melissa has also started a music career. Her single, "On Display" was released on iTunes dance chart selection on August 13, 2011 to mixed critical reviews. She has released two additional singles on iTunes, "How Many Times", released April 29, 2012, and "Rockstar", released June 10, 2012. Her fourth single "I Just Wanna" was released in September 2012. "I Just Wanna" has been Melissa's most successful release, as well as her first foray into music videos.

Gorga introduced a jewellery line on HSN TV in 2014.

Personal Life

Melissa has been married to Joe Gorga since 2004, a real estate developer. The couple have three children, Antonia (August 12, 2005), Gino (September 12, 2007) and Joey (April 27, 2010).
